“Socializing is as exhausting as giving blood. People assume we loners are misanthropes just sitting thinking, ‘Oh, people are such a bunch of assholes,’ but it’s really not like that. We just have a smaller tolerance for what it takes to be with others. It means having to perform. I get so tired of communicating.”—Anneli Rufus (via cleamour)
end of world update from australia:it is currently 10:25pm and there has been no sign of the sun for nearly an hour and a half. there also appears to be a large white circular object in the sky that is leaving people in some sought of confusion and distraught. scary times ahead. will keep the rest of the world updated of what's to come.
imagine benedict cumberbatch walking into your house and flinging himself down on your couch and yelling ‘I AM HERE TO STAY’ and then he doesn’t get up again and when you come near him he hisses. that’s the backstory of the hobbit
i always think “if people want to talk to me they will” which is my reasoning for never really starting conversations so i’m permanently thinking no one wants to talk but what if they’re sat there thinking the same and it’s just this cycle of silence that never gets broken because i’m too stubborn to just put myself out there
its actually so so scary how relevant this is to me
